Cancellation & Refund Policy

SimpliGift operates under the SimpliOrder business. This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through the SimpliGift website.

At SimpliOrder, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. To ensure transparency and fairness, we follow a customer-friendly cancellation and refund policy as outlined below:

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted only if made immediately after placing the order.

  • Orders cannot be canceled if they have already been processed, confirmed with the vendor/merchant, or if shipping has been initiated.

Cancellations for Perishable Products

  • Orders for perishable items such as flowers, food, or other consumables cannot be canceled once confirmed.

  • If a perishable item is damaged or of poor quality, we will offer a refund or replacement upon verification.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Our team will investigate the issue, which may include validation by the vendor, before processing a return or replacement.

Products with Manufacturer Warranty

  • For products covered under a manufacturer's warranty, customers should contact the manufacturer directly for service or replacement.

Refunds 

  • If a refund is approved by SimpliOrder, please allow 16–30 business days for the amount to be processed and reflected in your original method of payment.
  • All the orders will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
  • Replacements will be delivered within 5-10 working days.
